In Conversation with Kate Waterhouse
Journalist, TV presenter and mother of two, Kate Waterhouse has long been admired for her effortless approach to balancing career, family and wellbeing. Kate recently completed the renovation of her Sydney home, a beautiful, light-filled space featured in Vogue Living that feels both refined and deeply restorative for family life. As part of the renovation, Kate incorporated a Sunlighten mPulse® Conquer Intelligent Sauna with PulseIQ™ into the home, creating a dedicated space to support recovery, relaxation and long-term wellbeing. Here, she shares how wellness fits into her busy lifestyle, the role infrared therapy plays in her routine and why investing in health at home has become more important than ever.
